We had a fairly slow start to this party.  I will take the blame, folks, as I wasn't in with the throng geeing you all up in my usual fashion!!  My duties lay in the kitchen last night as we were minus Allan, our barman, and Bob, our doorman, who both had important family reasons for not being with us.

From my "cockpit" in the kitchen I thought at one stage I was looking down on a mother's meeting, but then suddenly everyone actually realised they were at a sex party and the action commenced!!  I think first-time nerves were a lot to do with the slow start and I encourage any people who left early to come along again to see how parties normally take off!!  I know I certainly saw quite a few people leaving with silly grins on their faces, always a good sign!

Despite the obvious nerves that some people had, we were delighted to welcome some newbies and I'm glad you realised what a friendly bunch we are! 

Thanks are many for last night.  To my lovely Lee, who really should have gone home earlier as he was so tired - I'm so glad you're not a barman in the real world but your efforts, presence and support were much appreciated!!!  To Ariandom who did a splendid job on the door, despite the fact that we were supposed to be celebrating your birthday - think you had some fun later on though!!  To Ms Mischief, Jemima Puddleduck, Tasha and Ed "my batteries have run out" EnergizerBunny - many many thanks for your help and support.  Hope you had fun too (methinks we will just plug Ed into the wall at the next party so he doesn't have to keep recharging his batteries!!!).
