Another super party with lots of laughter and people with happy smiling faces!  Good to see some new faces and we're glad you enjoyed yourselves!  Shame it all has to end.

It is with heavy hearts we have to write this message.  ScorpioNet has been a major part of our lives for the past ten years and over that time we have met some wonderful people.  The club itself has had its ups and downs but in the end we achieved exactly the original vision that Scorpio and Taurus had in 1998 – a good, safe, fun environment for all, with no judgement about size, age, ethnicity, physiognomy or sexual proclivity.  We are justly proud of what we put together but all good things must sadly come to and end.

Unfortunately, as the years have gone by, the expense of organising and running these parties has increased manifold and we have found over the last two years that we have consistently run at a loss.  We would have had to increase the membership prices to an unacceptable level to break even so the inevitable decision to close the doors had to be taken. 

The financial side of things has been a huge factor for us to consider, but sadly there are a number of other personal and health reasons which preclude us from continuing.

So, if you're lucky enough to be on the guest list for the last party, we'll see you there.  Otherwise, thanks everyone for your support.  Be good and play safe.
