Hi
I was talking to a couple of swingers and they said their profiles were on SDC and AF.
Not wanting to show my igorance I didn't ask them what these sites were.
Can anyone lessen my ignorance and tell me what these abbreviations stand for?

SDC could be http://www.sdc.com/
not one we have heard of, or indeed used....

AF, not too sure, could it be Adult Friend Finder

Did have a profile, but deleted a long time back, as it didn't really appeal to us... need to be a member to access most parts of the site.

(we may be wrong, and I'm sure someone will post an alternative to these )

"Adult Friend Finder" is normally abbreviated to AFF but it's all I can think of in the way of swinging sites that could be AF. It is very popular but in all honesty works better for ladies because, as C&J say, one needs to pay in order to initiate contact...and with 10x more men than ladies on the site, the women can just sit back and let the messages roll in.
