It's bad manners for a man not to take his socks off.
It's bad manners for a woman to say "Haven't you nearly finished yet?"
It's good manners for a woman to say "Oh my God, you're so big!"
It's good manners for a man to say "What supermodel? I didn't even notice her."

Any more good and bad bedroom manners?
