Hi,

I am planning a major upgrade to the forum software. In fact we are going to have to change software completely - this will result in some downtime - and the look and feel of the forums will change initially.

The left hand boxes will go, along with the shoutbox - but many of these features and more will return in the near future.

This upgrade should also get rid of any issues on uploading of images.

I will upload a test forum first, then convert the live site over.

If there are any major changes, I will advise you.

I am not sure of a timescale - but work is starting now.... But I would expect a maximum of 7-10 days from start to finish. (subject to any hiccups converting the data)

At some point, there will be a cut-off on posts, whilst the database is converted.

It may not be possible to announce this time in advance - but if you should find your post missing from the new forums, then please feel free to re-post.

Sorry to be fussy, but virtually everyone has poxy red crosses where their photos should be - can this be fixed?
I'm such a good lover because I practice a lot on my own.

It's a glitch in the software John and Webbo has already asked everyone who is desperate to have their photos up to mail them to him direct at webmaster@scorpionet.biz. He will be updating the software soon and the problem will hopefully be solved. Then hopefully the poxy red cross will be a thing of the past.

T xx
