hunny well done for going to the gym. only thing i suggest is take it easy don't over do it work your way up to ataying longer ect. little but often. a good nice long bath should help the stuffness or get one of your lush men to give you a nice full bidy massarge ;)

try taking some zinc supplements, its the build up of lactic acid in the muscles that makes them ache after a workout. Zinc or magnessium will help in repairing the torm muscles.
