• Click New Topic
  
• Type a subject in Subject Box
  
• Put a brief description in the Body box
  
• Scroll down to File Attachments and click on Manage Files
  
• Browse for a photo on your computer and click Open
  
• Click Add and, when it has loaded, click Finished
  
• You can then either Preview and/or Add Post
